Q: When do I pay?

A: You can purchase a package deal for reduced rates up front. For hourly rates you pay after you've completed your recording session and are satisfied with the result. An invoice will be sent to your email.

Q: What should I bring?

A: We have everything needed for amazing creation like professional cameras, lighting, and equipment for you and your guests. So just bring any products or items you want to include in the video.

Q: How do I get the videos?

A: There are a few ways.

  • You can bring a laptop to transfer the files from the studio SD card when you're finished.
  • You can bring your own SD card to keep the files yourself (We have high quality SD cards available for purchase in the studio).
  • You can wait 24 hours and SLO Video Recording can email you a link to the videos to download.

Q: What else is available?

A: Beyond just the video equipment we provide a few things for you, your team, and guests.

A: We'd love to help guide you in making the best product and have lots of experience in making videos. Make sure to email us before hand to discuss how to best prepare you for success.

Q: How many people can be in a video?

A: The studio can comfortably fit 4 people around a table. If you have other team members who want to be in the room but not in the video, there's room for that too.

A: It's next door to the Parking Garage on Palm Street.
